Service Areas & Additional Fees


Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We proudly provide service throughout Polk County, St. Croix County, and Chisago County, based from our hub in Osceola, WI.

Q: Do you charge additional fees for certain locations or services?
A: Additional fees may apply based on proximity to Osceola, product delivery, special requests, or extended service travel. We are always upfront about pricing and will communicate any applicable fees before scheduling your service.



Additional Services


Q: What if I need a service that isn’t listed on the website?
A: We offer customized solutions and additional services upon request. If there’s something specific you need, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate it or guide you toward the best solution.


Payment Policies


Q: When is payment due for services?
A: To ensure seamless service, all maintenance programs and service packages must be paid in full prior to the start of service.

Q: How do payments work for one-time services?
A: One-time services require an $85 deposit at the time of booking, covering the first hour and initial visit. Any additional work or time needed will be billed after completion.

Q: What is your liability policy?
A: At Superior Waters, we take every precaution to ensure the highest level of service. However, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions, equipment failures, structural issues, or water chemistry imbalances that occur outside the scope of our work. Additionally, we are not liable for damage resulting from weather, unforeseen equipment malfunctions, or interference from third parties.
